As a wholly independent organisation we work on behalf of our clients – not a product provider or other financial institution. AES International is a leading organisation of independently owned and managed financial services and wealth management firms.

Member firms and their advisers either are or belong to separate independent firms. Each member is an independent legal, financial and administrative entity, commonly organised under the laws of the country where it practices.

The UK Company’s Office in London are where most of the Global Leadership Board Meetings take place, where the CEO and many key personnel are located and where global administrative and marketing functions are based. This company is AES Financial Services Ltd which is directly authorized and regulated by the UK Financial Services Authority. This means we are committed to providing the highest standards of advice and service.

All Member firms are expected to adhere to and show commitment to AES Internationals policies, procedures and methodologies. This involves:

We believe that our advisers are the best in the industry and this is reflected in the number of clients that retain our services year after year. However, we refuse to sit still and so continually push our employees, both advisers and non-advisers, to improve their knowledge by taking further professional exams and gaining additional experience. We strongly believe that this has a positive impact on the professionalism of our company and the service standards we are able to deliver to our clients.
We are not naive enough to think that our advisers know everything; nobody does. As a larger organization, we therefore support them with a centralised technical department where we have experts in specialist areas such as tax mitigation, insurance, trusts and pensions. These resources can be called upon in more complex cases and are used to ensure every recommendation we make is well researched and right for the client.
