As a wholly independent company we always recommend the best possible solution for our clients needs. We are fiercely committed to this independence as we feel it is the only way to deliver the best advice and benefit.

Strong and Personal Client Relationships
Our clients represent more than just business partnerships. We see them as stakeholders in our success and aim to build long-standing relationships based on the professional delivery of value, mutual respect and trust. To achieve this we have developed our own adviser code which lays down the very high standards that our organization and members of it have chosen to adopt when helping clients. We give this to all our clients at the first meeting and explain how it benefits them.

Integrity
We are Authorised and Regulated by the UK Financial Services Authority (FSA) which means that we are committed to providing the highest standards of advice. However, integrity goes much further than just our strict adherence to professional standards. It is about openness, prudent judgment and the delivery of our promises. This means we:
Give advice we believe in and would take ourselves
Clearly and openly demonstrate the value we provide

Teamwork
An essential part of organizational life is the ability to build strong, highly motivated teams to tackle issues. Solutions brought about through this process have more breadth and more certainty of success.
We believe that our advisers are the best in the industry and this is refected in the number of clients that retain our services year after year. However, we refuse to sit still and so continually push our employees, both advisers and non-advisers, to improve their knowledge by taking further professional exams and gaining additional experience. We strongly believe that this has a positive impact on the professionalism of our company and the service standards we are able to deliver to our clients.
We are not naive enough to think that our advisers know everything; nobody does. As a larger organization, we therefore support them with a centralised technical department where we have experts in specialist areas such as tax mitigation, insurance, trusts and pensions. These resources can be called upon in more complex cases and are used to ensure every recommendation we make is well researched and right for the client.
